What we collect

Your quiz answers and results; the email address you give us; payment details, which are handled by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number); and basic usage data such as pages viewed, the ad campaign that brought you here (UTM tags) and device type.

Answers about comfort or safety (for example, balance or joint discomfort) are used only to choose your starting position. They are never sent to advertising platforms.

How we use it

To show your results and plan, run your membership, send account and billing emails (including renewal reminders), prevent fraud, and measure which pages and ads work so we can improve them. If you tick the reminder box, we may send up to two emails about your saved results; every one has an unsubscribe link.

Advertising measurement

If we run ads, we may use the Meta, Google or TikTok pixel to measure visits and purchases. We do not send your quiz answers or any health-related answers to advertising platforms.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run the service for us (Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email) or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and billing records as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@simplermotion.com.
