Subscription & cancellation terms

The offer

New members pay $1.00 for 3 days of full access. Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your membership automatically continues at $39.99 per month until you cancel. Returning members who have had an introductory period before pay $39.99 per month from the start. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.

Your consent

Before you pay, we show the full price, the renewal amount and date, and ask you to tick a box confirming them. We keep a record of that consent. You receive an email confirmation of the terms after purchase.

Reminder before you are charged

We email you about 24 hours before your introductory period ends, with the date and amount of your first $39.99 charge and a link to cancel.

How to cancel

Sign in, open Account and choose “Cancel membership” — it takes two clicks and takes effect immediately. You can also email support@simplermotion.com and we will cancel for you. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the introductory period, you will not be charged again.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it over the following days. Access pauses while a payment is overdue and resumes when it succeeds.

Refunds

If you think you were charged in error, or forgot to cancel, email support@simplermotion.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it promptly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Optional add-ons

Add-ons offered after purchase are one-time charges, shown with their price before you accept. They never add a subscription.

Price changes

If we change the renewal price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
